What should I do if I received a damaged item(s)?

Please return the item to us within 5-10 days with the original invoice in the same unused condition and in the original packaging in which it was received. You must have proof of purchase.  

The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees.  Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please email us at: [email protected] for return authorization. Once you return the item and it is approved, you will be notified via email.

We'll initiate a refund to your credit card.  Please keep in mind it would take 3 to 5 business days for credit to apply to your card... [Only if your purchase arrived damaged]
